At JVP Limited, we aim to provide clear, fair, and transparent processes for all consultancy services and digital micro-products.
Cancellations (Scheduled Consultations / Strategy Sessions)
- Cancellations made more than 24 hours before the scheduled session:
✔ A full refund will be provided, or you may reschedule at no additional cost. - Cancellations made within 24 hours of the scheduled session:
✔ Refunds are not available, but the session may be rescheduled once at JVP Limited’s discretion. - No-shows without prior notice are considered fully chargeable and are not eligible for a refund or reschedule.
Digital Products or Downloadable Templates
Due to the nature of instant-access digital products:
- All digital products, templates, or downloadable resources are non-refundable once delivered.
- If you experience an issue accessing the product, please contact us and we’ll ensure you receive the correct files promptly.
Consulting Packages / Micro-Services
If you purchase a fixed-price consultancy micro-service (e.g., $39, $59, $75, $120, $395 packages):
- Refunds are available before any work begins.
- Once work has commenced or deliverables have been provided (including assessments, reports, or recommendations), the service is considered non-refundable.
- If JVP Limited is unable to deliver a service due to unforeseen circumstances, a full refund will be issued.
Errors in Purchasing
If you purchased the wrong service by mistake, contact us within 24 hours, and we’ll help you transfer the payment to the correct product.
